An extended version of the Kamen Rider 555: Paradise Lost. In an alternate timeline, Smart Brain has accomplished its goal of world domination where the human race had diminished to near-extinction. Takumi Inui was regarded as mankind's savior until he was presumed killed by Smart Brain troops.
